PT Wowrack Cepat Teknologi Nusantara (WOWNET) is an internet service provider (ISP) company, providing internet and network services for corporate business, small business, and home. Our services include a 24/7 helpdesk, stable and strong connection, upstream redundancy, 99.5% SLA, as well as wireless and fiber optic options.
Account Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales life cycle.
Location: Surabaya (Hybrid)
Job Descriptions:
- Market and sell Wownet services and products
- Create opportunity and able to finding leads
- Basic canvassing, pitching, and presentation to clients
- Create and delivering daily proposal to clients
- Manage new and existing customer request
- Monitor the on going client-related project and maintain their satisfaction
- Collaborate with related department in delivering client to product activation
Requirements:
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any majors, preferably from IT fields
- Proven years of experience in sales or similar position
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Able to work mobile in a dynamic environment
- Customer-focused with the ability to address client needs effectively
- Passionate, communicative, and Innovative
- IT Enthusiast, especially in connectivity and network
- Willing to be based in Surabaya
