Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT solution sales, managed services, or B2B account management is highly preferred (proven track record in selling IT products/solutions).
- Previous experience in preparing proposals and tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Ability to understand and explain IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center, and managed services solutions at a business level.
- Strong stakeholder communication, a customer success focus, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to accurately interpret client requirements, design value-driven solutions, and address issues promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset aligned with the company’s #TRUST values.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full account lifecycle with a deep focus on customer success.
- Collaborate effectively with internal technical, project, and support teams to design and deliver accurate value-driven IT solutions.
- Interpret complex client requirements and explain technical concepts (infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center) clearly at a business level.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with corporate stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure smooth project handovers while maintaining account tracking.
