As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients across multiple industries.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities for RFID and IoT hardware solutions across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through a consultative sales approach.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable RFID and IoT solutions that meet their operational needs.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and business proposals in collaboration with the technical and project teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, to project handover.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth strategies.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales Executive in RFID, IoT, Industrial Automation, System Integrator, Hardware Technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and managing enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams to develop customer-oriented solutions.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Existing networks within manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, property, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
