Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Manager PT GATEWAY NETWORK SERVICES
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers regarding their needs, inquiries, and ongoing requirements.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Attend customer meetings and prepare meeting summaries, including key discussion points and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Presales, and Technical teams, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain good communication to support long-term business relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities and support efforts to expand existing accounts.
- Prepare customer reports, account updates, and other related documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Relations, Sales, or a related position.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
