We are looking for a highly driven and strategic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, and driving account growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business needs into actionable plans and working closely with internal teams to execute them flawlessly.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow key accounts. A solid understanding of digital marketing, stakeholder management, and campaign strategy is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and key clients
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns—from briefing to execution to reporting
- Lead strategic discussions and provide clients with insights, recommendations, and solutions
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, community, operations) to ensure high-quality delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present regular reports to clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in account management within a digital marketing, agency, or related environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project or account management tools
