Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales, especially in companies engaged in training, certification, consulting, outsourcing, or B2B services.
- Able to make business proposals
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate with clients and reach agreements.
- Able to plan and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership & management skills.
- Passive and active English proficiency.
Job Description:
- Identify potential customers or prospects who may be interested in the products or services offered.
- Introduce the product or service to potential customers, explain its benefits, and answer their questions.
- Negotiate with customers to reach profitable agreements, including prices, payment terms, and more.
- Provide good service, including responding to customer questions and problems.
- Report sales results, follow sales developments, and monitor progress in achieving sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition and customer needs that can influence sales strategies.
- Build good relationships with existing customers and potentially maintain their loyalty.
- Look for new opportunities to reach new customers and expand the customer base.
