The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, generating new leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You will work closely with prospective clients to present suitable business application solutions and close deals.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, support client discussions, and ensure that the proposed solutions align with client requirements and business objectives.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is sales-driven, target-oriented, and experienced in developing new business opportunities in the IT industry. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building a strong pipeline, generating new leads, managing sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for:
• Closing deals and converting sales opportunities into successful business
• Generating new leads and identifying potential business opportunities
• Developing and managing a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth
• Preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents
• Arranging solution presentations and business discussions with prospective clients
• Managing follow-ups, negotiations, and closing processes to support sales conversion
• Executing sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned targets
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with client requirements
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and potential industries for business growth
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Management, Economy, Information Systems, or related fields
• Has 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles in the IT industry
• Preferably has similar experience in selling business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft, or other related solutions
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
• Able to understand business needs and translate them into business opportunities
