Job Requirements
- Male or female candidates with a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field of study.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Relations, or Business Development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cargo, or supply chain industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
- Having an existing customer database or network is a plus.
- Willing to work from our office in Central Jakarta.
Job Description
- Manage and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients and prospective customers.
- Promote and offer logistics, freight forwarding, and cargo services to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to maintain engagement and identify additional business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database and expand the company's client network.
