Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Manager PT YUXI Jayatama Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partnership of Brand, B2B and influencers, celebrities or many more that aligned with our brand cooperation or partnership.
- Dealing and negotiation with potential brand to cooperate.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and nurture relationships with potential brand cooperation or partnership.
- Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to negotiate endorsement agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with Business Development and E-Commerce Specialist teams to develop engaging campaigns that leverage the influence and reach of brand endorsers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brand, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the partnership.
- Regularly communicate with endorsers to align on promotional strategies and maintain mutual enthusiasm.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of endorsement campaigns on brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
- Coordinate the participation of brand endorsers in events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth logistics and provide necessary support to endorsers during events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Have a lot of brand/bB2B database.
- Proven experience in partnership, brand endorsement cooperation or influencer marketing.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Having the experience to work closely with brands, KOL's, Influencer/celebrity or other related parties.
- Proficient in communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (can speak Mandarin is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and influencer landscape (comes from MCN is a plus)
