Drive revenue & profitability:
- Managing company selling products on marketplaces accounts.
- Developing good deals with marketplaces to achieve the maximum revenue for the company through negotiating all sales-driving initiatives
- Generate periodically reports regarding marketplaces sales.
- Create and execute a business strategy that aggressively grows sales, meeting, or exceeding financial objectives for our Company.
Collaborate with cross-functional department:
- Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs
- Organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce sales strategies.
- Communication and execution of a strategic sales plan for each account.
- Analysis of sales data to identify and understand market trends and purchasing behaviors.
Account relationship management:
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth job requirements
- Skills you bring:
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or related field 3+ years of e-commerce, marketing and/or business development experience
- Familiarity with 1p as well as 3p marketplaces
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to influence a group to drive consensus.
- Experience with distribution channels and major account organizational infrastructures required.
- Documented expertise in strategic sales planning, program implementation, and analytics.
- Must have strong business acumen, a demonstrated customer focus, and a strong goal orientation.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
