Key Responsibilities :
• Identify, develop, and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales cycle through successful closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular business development reports.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields are preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Manager.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and managing corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Results-driven with a strong passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
