This is an exciting opportunity to join Samator Group as a Account Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base in the Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur and Balinusa Region. This full-time role will see you engage with prospective clients, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the strategic direction of the sales and marketing function.
Key responsibilities :
* Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other business development activities.
* Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the company's services and solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns to generate new leads.
* Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales pipeline activity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
Support the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
What we're looking for ????
1. Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business.
4. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
