Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Presentation: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas as set by the company.
Negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including price negotiations and contract handling.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports and sales forecasts to the Direktur.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
Language: Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Attributes: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings or exhibitions as required.
