Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with Trident Treehouse's clients while ensuring that client needs across various service lines—including tax, accounting, HR, legal, immigration, finance, and creative services—are effectively coordinated among internal departments. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, client retention, and portfolio growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Management or a related field.
Previous experience working in a consulting firm, particularly in accounting and/or taxation.
Proven experience managing client relationships (account management), not solely performing technical back-office work.
Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting practices and tax regulations, including Income Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), tax reporting, and annual tax returns (SPT).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Based in Bali.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and initiative skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams for Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Immigration, and other service departments, to ensure excellent service delivery.
Understand clients' accounting and tax requirements and effectively communicate them to the relevant internal departments.
Conduct an initial review of technical deliverables, including financial statements and tax calculations/filings, before submission to clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage day-to-day client communications, including follow-ups, proposal presentations, and negotiations.
Support the preparation of proposals and quotations for accounting and tax services.
Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to support the company’s sales targets.
Handle daily communication with clients, including understanding briefs, follow-ups, proposal presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor project/service progress to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
