DCT Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager with at least 2 years experience to join our growing team!

Account Manager (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary liaison between beauty brands and internal agency teams (creative, KOL, and operations).
- Design content and campaign strategies (live streaming & short videos) that align with the brand's target.
- Manage KOL/creator performance to meet brand expectations in terms of output and content quality.
- Conduct intensive coordination with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain daily communication with brands for progress updates, content approvals, and strategy adjustments.
- Create data-driven campaign performance reports (engagement, views, conversion, etc.) and provide recommendations.
- Monitor beauty industry trends and creator marketing to develop brand strategies.
- Establish internal SOPs for workflow efficiency in handling beauty brands.
