Job descriptions :
Drive KPIs for Clients by coordinating internally and externally across relevant departments:
-Revenue growth and overall eCommerce sales performance
-Campaign strategy and execution for strengthen brand representation
-Content management and optimization
-Build strong relationships with Clients, Relationship Managers, & related 3rd parties to achieve business goals
-Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met while fulfilling daily contractual responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, including upselling services
-Setting & updating store activities, design, price, promo mechanism & product description to marketplace platform
-Reporting & analysing business evaluations & presentations to clients
Qualifications :
-Experience with eCommerce platforms
-Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and drive to optimize
-Good analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders
-Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
-Having 2-3 years experience in eCommerce
