Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned telecommunications and ICT customer accounts to support long-term business development.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer initiatives, and operational challenges that align with the company’s solutions and services.
- Lead customer engagement from business and commercial perspectives, including account planning, opportunity development, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Product & Solutions and Pre-Sales teams to understand customer requirements and support the development of suitable solution proposals.
- Coordinate proposal activities, RFI/RFP responses, commercial discussions, and internal alignment processes.
- Present business value propositions, solution positioning, and commercial proposals to customers in a professional and credible manner.
- Support pricing discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation activities, and contract coordination processes.
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to support proactive business growth strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, account updates, pipeline reports, and management summaries.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers and internal teams throughout the sales cycle and project handover process.
- Maintain professional communication and contribute positively to teamwork, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, enterprise sales, or solution sales within the telecommunications or ICT industry
- Proven exposure to telecom operators, ISPs, tower/network providers, enterprise connectivity customers, or telco-focused system integration opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive mindset, high integrity, strong professional commitment, emotional maturity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic business environments.
- Good understanding of telecommunications and ICT business environments, including enterprise solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or operational support systems.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer challenges, business needs, and potential opportunities.
- Good account management and planning capabilities, including pipeline management, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and customer engagement activities.
- Experience handling commercial proposals, customer presentations, RFI/RFP coordination, and negotiation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Product & Solutions, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Basic technical understanding to support customer discussions and coordinate solution requirements internally without acting as the technical lead.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and proposal or reporting documentation tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, strong integrity, professional behavior, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic business environments.
