we're looking for a Mid to Senior Account Manager who thrives in the space where enterprise relationships meet cutting-edge technology.
You've managed complex accounts, navigated procurement cycles, and built trust across departments. Now, you're ready to go further — working with clients on transformative projects powered by cloud, data platforms, and AI systems. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need curiosity: a real interest in how these technologies create value.
This isn't about renewals and check-ins. It's about becoming a trusted advisor — guiding clients through change, identifying new opportunities, and growing partnerships beyond the first contract.
This is a hybrid role based in West Jakarta, where strategy meets execution.
What You'll Do:
✅ Own end-to-end account management for key enterprise clients
✅ Deepen relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
✅ Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts — from new use cases to larger deployments
✅ Collaborate closely with delivery, technical, and product teams to ensure client success
✅ Translate business needs into scalable solutions involving data, AI, or cloud infrastructure
✅ Lead quarterly business reviews, roadmap discussions, and renewal negotiations
✅ Act as the voice of the client — bringing insights back to shape our offerings
Who You Are:
✅ 3–6 years of account management or client success experience in enterprise environments
✅ Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, high-value contracts
✅ Comfortable discussing technical solutions — especially around cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), data platforms, or AI-driven tools
✅ Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Naturally curious about technology trends, especially in GenAI, automation, or analytics
✅ Fluent in English — written and spoken
✅ Bonus: Background in SaaS, IT services, or digital transformation consulting
