Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable IT solutions based on business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Active involvement in organizations or extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Aged between 20–35 years.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the assigned area and local market.
- Willing to work under a 12-month contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance.
