As we continue to grow our business and expand our impact, we are looking for an Account Manager Senior Staff (B2G) who is ready to build strong relationships, manage strategic accounts, and develop busines oportunities in the goverment sector.
What will you do:
- Manage and develop relationships with government clients and related stakeholders.
- Identify, approach, and follow up on potential B2G business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documents for government projects or cooperation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
- Monitor account progress, client needs, contract status, and potential renewal opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
- Build long-term trust with clients through professional communications and follow-up.
- Represent BNET with integrity, service excellence, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Qualifiation:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, B2G sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage pipelines, proposals, follow-ups, and clined documentation.
- Good understanding of government relations, project-based sales, or institutional clients is a plus.
- Experience in ISP, telecommunications, IT services, or infrastructure-related busines is a plus.
- Able to work with targets and manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
- High integrity, professional attitude, and strong ownership.
