We are seeking a passionate and talented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring smooth project execution in line with client needs and objectives. You will collaborate with our creative and digital teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and ensure clients receive optimal results from each campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients regularly.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify new opportunities to expand client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing digital marketing, PR, or event projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to understand client needs.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media is a plus.
