1. Collaborating with vendors and brand acquisition specialist to ensure proper execution of plans 2. Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns for your responsible categories. 3. Maintaining the inventory of products for your responsible categories. 4. Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products. 5. Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets. 6. Predicting sales and profits. 7. Negotiating promo to vendors when needed.Â
1. Results-focused, able to handle multiple projects and priorities 2. Scrappy - get things done within the constraints of a growing business 3. Strong analytical skills – able to organize data to identify opportunities 4. Strong customer service skills required. 5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 6. Ability to work independently and in teams 7. Resourceful and self-driven with a strong work ethic 8. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities 9. Strong negotiation skills
1. 2+ years of experience as a merchandiser preferred. 2. Bachelor’s degree in management/accounting/finance/business-related major preferred.
