In line with our continued growth, we are now seeking an Account Manager for Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team.
The role of the Account Manager for Cybersecurity at PT. Global Infotech Solution is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, and leveraging both B2B and B2C sales channels to expand our client base. You will also be responsible for key account management, providing exceptional client services, and contributing to the overall success of the cybersecurity solutions we offer.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to our mission of innovation and sustainability:
- Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- You should be proficient in sales strategy, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, B2C sales, B2B sales, account management, and key account management.
- Strong client service skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for our cybersecurity solutions.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity products and services such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, or managed security services.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Experience handling B2B clients, preferably enterprise or corporate accounts.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Comfortable working with technical teams (pre-sales, engineers) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
