๐ป What You'll Do
Store Ownership: Manage and optimize our official stores across major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) to drive daily sales and conversion rates.
Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) from inventory planning to exclusive bundle promotions.
Paid Ads & Growth: Lead paid performance marketing efforts, specifically managing Meta Ads, CPAS (Collaborative Ads), and marketplace-native ads to scale revenue efficiently.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze daily sales, traffic sources, conversion funnels, and ROAS to continuously refine our marketing strategy and product placement.
๐ What We're Looking For
Proven Track Record: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous success in scaling e-commerce revenue (experience in beauty, FMCG, or fashion is a massive plus).
Ad Specialist: Deep understanding and hands-on experience running Meta Ads and CPAS campaigns with a history of hitting performance targets.
Marketplace Expert: Master of marketplace backend tools, campaign management, pricing mechanics, and algorithm optimization.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, translating numbers into actionable business decisions, and managing budgets carefully.
Proactive & Resilient: A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
