Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Manager (Client Relations and Negotiation) PT Serveone MRO Indonesia
The Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial contact. This role is dedicated to managing the financial and contractual health of the partnership, specifically focusing on unit price negotiations, contract renewals, and resolving high-level commercial disputes.
Focus: Commercial strategy, unit price negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities (Job Desk)
- Price Negotiation: Lead quarterly or project-based unit price negotiations, ensuring cost-competitiveness while maintaining healthy margins.
- Market Analysis: Monitor Indonesian economic trends (fuel prices, exchange rates, and tax regulations) to justify or challenge price adjustments.
- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders at the client side to understand their evolving needs and forecast future demand.
- Conflict Management: Manage and resolve complex commercial issues, including penalty claims, contract deviations, and supply chain disruption impact assessments.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports regarding account profitability, savings achieved, and long-term commercial roadmaps.
Key Candidate Requirements for Both Roles
- Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory (Korean proficiency is a significant plus given the organizational context).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Procurement, SCM, or Logistics within the Indonesian market.
- Soft Skills: Strong cultural intelligence and the ability to navigate local Indonesian business etiquette while maintaining international professional standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data analytics for supply chain reporting.
