WE ARE HIRING – Account Manager (B2B Sales)
PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika (ISH) is looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for outsourcing and manpower supply services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Prepare proposals and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in outsourcing, HR services, or manpower supply companies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Existing corporate network is an advantage.
