Enterprise Account Manager (Yogyakarta)
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across Yogyakarta and Eastern Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations to support deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or a similar B2B sales role.
- Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business deals.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and enterprise software solutions.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and driven by achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop professionally in a performance-driven environment.
- Willing to travel within Yogyakarta and Eastern Indonesia as required.
