About the Role

This role is ideal for early to mid-level professionals (2–4 years of experience) who want to develop their career in B2B sales and account management within a fast-growing technology environment.

You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing corporate accounts, and delivering consultative solutions that create real impact for businesses across various industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive B2B sales by sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients, particularly within IT, fintech, and technology-driven sectors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion
  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic engagement
  • Understand client business needs and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales discussions with prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction
  • Identify market opportunities and potential leads to continuously expand the sales pipeline
  • Consistently work toward sales targets and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (B2B)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with corporate stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and high integrity
