Job description for ACCOUNT KOL BOOKING (PART-TIME/FREELANCE) at CÔNG TY TNHH HIIP

Yêu cầu:

* Có kinh nghiệm làm Account/KOL Booking tại agency hoặc từng freelance handle campaign influencer marketing

* Có khả năng manage project budget từ 100 triệu – 1 tỷ

* Hiểu flow triển khai campaign: booking – negotiation – contract – timeline – content approval – report

* Có network KOL/KOC/TikToker đa dạng là lợi thế

* Chủ động follow timeline, xử lý issue nhanh và giao tiếp tốt với client/KOL/internal

* Có khả năng lên shortlist creator theo objective & budget

* Biết đọc performance cơ bản: view, ER, CPR, GMV, conversion,...

* Có trách nhiệm, phản hồi nhanh và có thể handle nhiều dự án cùng lúc khi cần

Ưu tiên:

* Từng làm các ngành hàng lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, tech

* Có kinh nghiệm TikTok booking/performance campaign

* Có sẵn data creator hoặc mối quan hệ với management/KOL
