Job Description
- Act as the main PIC and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs, requirements, and project briefs.
- Coordinate projects with the Creative, Social Media, Content, Design, and Production teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the brief, timeline, and client requirements.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and approval processes.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, campaign plans, and reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.
- Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Management, Client Service, or a similar role.
- Experience in a Digital Agency, Creative Agency, or Advertising Agency is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Able to coordinate and work effectively with multiple teams.
- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
