Smart Parents Network is an advertising agency focused on the development of family influencers in Indonesia, including mom influencers, dad influencers, and kids influencers. With a total of 12,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a client's dedicated point of contact, deeply understanding their campaign needs, and driving their objectives.
- Act as a strategic bridge, connecting clients and internal teams to guarantee timely fulfillment aligned with client timelines and the attainment of desired KPls.
- Oversee day-to-day client campaign activities and ensure their impeccable execution.
- Provide clients with performance campaign report, translating data into strategic insights for measurable improvement.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an media or advertising/KOL agency.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for client interactions.
- Attractive personality, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in team.
- A detail-oriented person.
- Willing to work from the office in BSD, Cisauk.
- Able to join ASAP.
