Job Overview:
PT IBKUL ADIJAYA is an apparel manufacturing and export company serving international clients, particularly in the United States market. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the CEO in daily business operations, communication, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s emails, including replying, following up, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Assist in scheduling meeting and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Assist in basic coordination related to projects, production updates, and overseas communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Account Executive, or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
- Strong email writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Experience working with international clients or export companies is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Domicile in Yogyakarta are preferred.
