Job Descriptions
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Develop long-term strategies to retain and expand key accounts
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Identify new opportunities for business growth, upselling and cross-selling
- Regularly report to management on account developments and achievement of targets
- Analyze and monitor competitor activities as well as product, market, and industry trends to ensure the company is maintaining a competitive edge
Requirements/Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience in account management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business strategies
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
