Vluid Digital is looking for an Account Executive to build strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure projects run smoothly from brief to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate client briefs, meetings, and project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and handovers.
- Coordinate creative materials, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Support and supervise production activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive at a digital or advertising agency.
- Familiar with social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Responsive, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Good negotiation skills and a strong client-oriented mindset.
📍 Work Arrangement: Currently Work From Home (WFH), with a transition to a Hybrid working arrangement in the future at South Jakarta.
