Job Description

SimpliDOTS is currently seeking a skilled and energetic Account Executive to join our Sales team. You are responsible for proactive outbound or inbound prospecting and lead management. This position will have a direct impact on our success by converting qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
  • Meet and exceed financial goals.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of business/AE/sales experience.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a highly desirable qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Availability to undertake business travel outside the city as required.
  • Preferably candidates located or willing to relocate at Semarang, Central Java.
