Qualifications:
-Male or Female
-Maximum age of 35 years old
-Prior experience in the event industry is highly preferred
-Good understanding of event equipment (LED, sound, lighting, and production)
-Must have an active client database
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Mandarin proficiency is a plus
-Well groomed and presentable appearance
-Strong interest in sales and business development
-Willing to work in various locations as required
-Disciplined, proactive, and able to work efficiently
-Willing to work during event loading and execution, including extended or 24-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
-Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with event clients
-Act as the main point of contact (PIC) from briefing to event execution
-Understand client needs and translate them into event concepts and technical requirements
-Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, technical, vendors, and operations)
-Prepare, present, and negotiate event proposals and quotations
-Ensure events are delivered according to the agreed timeline, budget, and scope
-Supervise on-site event execution and handle issues professionally
-Identify opportunities for repeat business and business development
