Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Bandung, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding in digital performance marketing, branding & marketing
- Experince work at digital agency IS A MUST (social media / performance marketing division)
- Broad network for client acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and account growth
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written

- Maintaining relationship with clients & ensuring clients satisfaction with company services
- Working with teams accross division to manage clients services & deadline
- Prepare onboarding document for clients
- Follow up & pitching services to clients
- Prepare service report document according to client services
