- Have knowledge of client products and markets
- Keep traffic up-to-date on the status of jobs; ensure all jobs are booked-in
- Ensure contact reports are produced after all meetings and other contacts
- Have an understanding of the different tactical elements of a campaign and the role they play in the promotional setting
- Ensure accurate briefs are provided to members of the team, including timelines, and drive the process through to delivery of job in conjunction with senior account handlers
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders proactively updated at all times
- Build client relationships to be able to call clients to address queries and understand client individual preferences
- Ensure client response rates are maintained at a professional and appropriate level at all key milestones within the project
- Ensure all projects are accurately estimated
- Reconcile projects regularly to flag where activity has gone beyond scope
- Ensure all POs are received and entered onto billing sheet
- Liaise with production and digital for accurate estimates and ensure work progresses on track
- Build familiarity with range of digital projects, adapting budgets and timelines according to the varying processes involved
- Support clients in understanding the steps involved in digital projects, providing explanations where required
- 1+ Year of Digital Media Experience (Brand, Agency, Publisher or Platform)
- Able to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Account Management, Operations, Creative and Technology teams.
- Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to think and operate with strategic orientation in addition to task/project management.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet critical deadlines.
