Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Executive or a similar role, preferably within a creative, branding, advertising, or design agency.
- Comfortable communicating and building relationships with clients, prospects, and internal creative teams.
- Able to understand a client’s business challenges, brand needs, and project objectives, not just take briefs at face value.
- Able to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, meeting notes, and project follow-ups clearly and professionally.
- Proactively initiates conversations with potential clients to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to keep clients, timelines, deliverables, and internal teams aligned.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence in discussing scope, budget, timeline, and expectations.
- Organized, responsive, and proactive. Knows when to follow up, push things forward, and flag potential issues early.
