Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing comprehensive sales strategies. Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Negotiation skills and ability to secure contracts
- Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver client-focused solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
