As an Account Executive, you will be the frontliner responsible for actively engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively upgrading them to premium service options. This role combines consultative selling with high-touch hospitality service, ensuring customers receive a fast, seamless, and premium experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
* Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers in a confident and professional manner
* Promote and upsell premium services by clearly communicating benefits and added value
* Deliver a warm, personalized, and high-quality customer experience aligned with premium service standards
* Build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions through persuasive communication
* Ensure fast service turnaround while maintaining accuracy and service excellence
* Achieve individual and team targets for premium service upgrades
* Handle customer inquiries and objections with empathy and professionalism
* Maintain a polished appearance and represent the company’s premium image at all times
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
* Minimum education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
* Pleasant personality, well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused
* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
* Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of hospitality and service excellence
* Experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, banking, or premium sales is an advantage
* Comfortable interacting with international customers
