Experience requirement: 1-2 years in advertising/digital/client service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop questions to get clients’ concerns and expected results.
- Working with clients to study insights and needs of clients, market practices.
- Prepare, present proposals to clients and handle objections successfully via identifying the decision-maker, client’s internal situation and way of working.
- Build & maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with Finance & Operation functions to make quotations and manage cost.
- Negotiate with clients to ensure getting profit as advised by the Finance function.
- Support Finance in contract liquidation and debt management to ensure cash flow.
- Ensure completion of projects as committed to clients.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
1. Have 1-2 years experience in the digital side, client service.
2. Communication and marketing, especially digital marketing to define actions. General social awareness about but not limited to digital trend growth, consumers, culture, ect.
3. Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese.
4. Project management & customer services mindset.
5. Management (Plan-do-check-act), involve others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals.
6. Active Listening.
7. Presentation & persuasion.
