Job Description:
1. Client Service that includes:
Create and prepare the documents, such as Minutes of Meeting, Proposals, Quotations, Report for Work Completion Events, Cooperation Agreements and Other documents related.
- Positioning as a primary contact between clients and imaginary ideas related to business.
- Consistently communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Communicate and present the needs and goals of the client and make sure all the stuff are running as expected.
- Provide an updates about all accounting team activities including status and report progress for potential and existing clients.
2. Sales that includes:
- Be responsible for an ongoing pitch.
- Catch a new opportunities in cooperation by looking at the needs of potential and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma/bachelor degree from reputable universities or colleges.
- Proven Sales skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience.
- Experienced in Traditional or Digital Agency is preferred.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing and ATL is preferred.
- Excellent presentation ability, both in Bahasa or English.
- Excellent communication, lobbying, sales and negotiation skill.
- Detail oriented and have technical competence.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Ready to travel as required.
