About the Role
At Glamore, we are dedicated to transforming the beauty and wellness industry. We are building an all-in-one ecosystem featuring a robust Business Management Platform (SaaS) for business owners and a seamless Booking App for consumers. As we gear up for our highly anticipated market debut, we are looking for a relentless and strategic Account Executive to drive growth and build lasting relationships with salon, clinic, and wellness center partners.
What You Will Do (Your Impact)
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with beauty and wellness business owners across the Jakarta area.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships, understanding clients' pain points and positioning Glamore's SaaS platform as their ultimate solution.
- Pipeline Management: Actively manage your daily lead generation, field visits, and follow-ups systematically in our CRM to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer on the ground. Gather insights and collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams to continuously refine our offerings.
- Onboarding Support: Work alongside the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring they realize immediate value from our ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience as an Account Executive, B2B Sales, or Business Development Professional. (Experience in selling SaaS products or within the beauty/wellness industry is a massive plus).
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in Indonesian with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. (Basic English proficiency is a plus).
- Hustler Mentality: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented. You are not afraid of rejections and enjoy spending time doing field visits to meet clients face-to-face.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to deeply understand business operations and confidently articulate the ROI of adopting Glamore's technology.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel around the Jakarta area for daily client meetings. (Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred).
