ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
Conduct pitching, presentation, and project negotiation
Develop strategies to increase sales, partnerships, and company growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
Prepare proposals, reports, and client follow-ups
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, account executive, or related field (experience in agency or creative industry is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident in pitching, presentations, and client relationship management
Able to identify business opportunities and develop growth strategies
Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Familiar with social media, digital marketing, and creative industry trends (a plus)
Networking skills and existing client/community connections (a plus)
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to join ASAP and willing to work WFO at Bogor District
