[Job Description]
- Maitaining and increasing client's retention
- Execute marketing campaigns based on approved briefs, objectives, timelines, and targets
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaign needs are delivered properly
- Manage campaign workflows and ensure all campaign materials and activities are executed accurately and on schedule
- Prepare regular campaign reports and evaluations to improve future campaign performance
- Maintain good communication with clients and provide regular campaign progress updates
- Utilize AI tools and technology to improve work efficiency, support ideation, copywriting, reporting, and campaign operations
- Support other marketing initiatives related to company growth
[Requirements]
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account executive, marketing, campaign, account, or related roles
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with digital marketing and campaign execution processes
- Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar tools) to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
