Account Executive
This position is specifically designed for a "Hunter" who is aggressive, unafraid to knock on doors, and can bring in leads directly from their personal network.
*Responsibilities* :
- Identify and proactively approach new B2B prospects through various channels (cold calling, emailing, networking, or direct outreach).
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with strategic clients and potential brands.
- Understand client needs and develop effective pitching strategies to sell bitjara.id's services (KOL, Event, Social Media, Digital).
- Negotiate business contracts and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities for the agency.
*Requirements* :
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Account Executive, B2B Sales, or as an Business Development; preferably from a Creative/Digital Agency background.
- Must have a proven sales track record and a strong, active network of corporate clients or brands.
- Possess a resilient "hunter" mentality, unafraid to knock on doors for opportunities, and highly target-oriented.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
