Job Descriprion :

• Drive sales of exhibition space, sponsorships, and event services
• Identify and approach potential clients (B2B focus)
• Manage and grow relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
• Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in exhibitions, events, or related industries
• Strong understanding of event/exhibition sales cycles and operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Based in Jakarta, with willingness to travel as needed
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred (both written and spoken)
