What You’ll Do:
- Receive and understand project requests from clients, and turn them into clear action plans.
- Analyze client needs, project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams by providing clear briefs and following up on progress based on the agreed process and SLA.
- Keep projects on track by actively monitoring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Review project outputs to ensure they meet client needs and quality standards.
- Present and communicate project outputs to clients in a clear and engaging way.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project.
- Prepare monthly reports and keep track of ongoing and completed projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proactive and takes initiative in handling tasks and projects.
- Fast paced and responsive in following up on requests and project progress.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Executive, Client Service, Project Management, or a related role.
