- Client Handling & Communication : Maintain day-to-day communication with clients, Receive and clarify client briefs; ensure internal teams understand the scope, Prepare and present progress updates and reports to clients.
- Project Coordination : Create project timelines and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, Collaborate with Internal teams, Take meeting minutes and ensure all action items are followed through.
- Briefing & Internal Coordination : Translate client requests into clear internal briefs, Review internal output before presenting to the client.
- Problem Solving & Quality Control : Handle client revisions or issues with a solution-oriented mindset, Ensure the final output meets expectations before client delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation : Provide weekly reports and performance updates to clients, Maintain proper documentation such as contracts, POs, and feedback logs.
